Humane Education Center in three stages.

This facility will be home to myself and a small number of rescue animals that will compliment the humane education program offered. We will  welcome young people who need to earn community service credits, or are court mandated to do community work. Also school, civic, church groups will be welcome as well as interested parties who wish to learn more on how they too can become volunteer humane education coordinators or teachers in their local and area  schools or civic centers.

Preferably near major interstate and or metropolitan area to maximize availability to host numbers of students, youth or church groups and tourists as well. Estimate minimum of 100 per week within the first year.

Facility will house maximum of ten dogs as pets from rescue. Hopefully a horse, cow, deer and pigmy goat and alpaca as well. One each for exposure to children to enhance their experience and appreciation.

Property could be bordering a large area for wildlife or nature preserve and I would be willing to oversee and manage that land as well to prevent poaching and any form of destruction to it's natural setting.

Would like to be in the mountains if possible. Given area or state still open for discussion at this time. Main consideration is cost and accessibility to major metropolitan area as well as access by visiting groups.

(Have found 90 acres that owner will sell for $190/acre, but can't afford to buy all 90 acres for the asking price of $17,100  plus install well, build residence etc. Otherwise is perfect for this type endeavor.  Please see www.21stcenturycares.org/arizona_property_available.htm for location and additional details)
