I’m Randy, the one responsible for this site and promoting the efforts within.. I am once again embarking on a project that will take a lot of effort and it helps mans’ best friend, too. The difference is, it also involves those not born yet. I intend to prepare tomorrow’s leaders to control results instead of managing their consequences through issues surrounding humane education, community involvement and responsibility of voting. For the past 7 years, I’ve been busy visiting schools in Southern California and 7 other western states . I provide a fact based program to any and all age student or youth group. No Charge. It is a bold, new approach to an old problem. We speak to 4th graders up through college ages. We try and help interested parties to form their own humane education clubs.  I bring my dogs along with me My intent is to show the youth of today how simple, inexpensive and life saving it is to become knowledgeable and to do it right the first time. NOT to depend on local animal control or large humane organizations who always ask for money but NEVER seem to be solving any of these problems. I believe my program is a means to a solution.

I wish to continue my efforts of educating the public - especially tomorrow's decision makers.

 I’ve already given the past 20 years to helping the animals with no salary and minimal donations. The chance to actually have a hand in changing our future and the future of many hundreds or thousands of unborn pets is such a dream opportunity for me. I have confidence that it can be done and can guarantee that it is not being tried by any other group or individual.

We are also proud to announce the opening of our new 5 acre facility in Northern Arizona (40 miles south of Las Vegas) and as always, depend on the generosity of others to feed and care for the dogs and other animals we have. 21st Century CARES is serving our world's animals by assisting and furthering their general well-being through education.  Its existence and continuing charity has been made possible by donations, sponsorships, and grants from people, businesses, and organizations like you!
We take seriously our responsibility to contributors, those counting on our help, and the awaiting animals, to be wise stewards of funds entrusted to us. 21st Century CARES will use your dear donations to the area of most need. 
We have always adopted a strict "No Discrimination" policy for which funds and services are distributed and received.

Donating Items
21st Century CARES welcomes donations of money and objects/items. All items received are used exclusively to help, treat, and assist animals in both the medical and personal aspects who reside in our educational facility in Northern Arizona. 

Items we accept:
Everything ESPECIALLY FENCING, be it computers, dog toys, cleaning supplies, animal food; you name it, and we will accept and use it for the betterment of animals!

Patner/Volunteer
There's no greater honor that helping those who can't speak for themselves... ANIMALS. We can always use volunteers to help distribute flyers while they run their normal errands, to schedule presentations for us at their local schools, or to learn how to become humane educators through one of our various programs to help others accomplish this.

Include 21st Century CARES in Your Will:
You may wish to support our organization through your will. There are several ways to make a bequest to 21st Century CARES through your Will or trust:
An explicit bequest of an amount of money or specific property (stocks, real estate, etc.);
A percentage bequest listing the percentage of your estate you wish to leave to 21st Century CARES;
A residual bequest for the remainder of your estate or a percentage of the remainder after you have made your specific bequests;
A contingent bequest naming 21st Century CARES as the recipient should another beneficiary not survive you.
Send an inquiry to 21st Century CARES to find out about additional options and suggested language to be incorporated into your Will.

Gifts of Stock:
A gift of stock can provide much-needed support for 21st Century CARES programs and offer you financial benefits as well.

Publicly traded securities (stocks, bonds, etc.) may be transferred to 21st Century CARES, entitling you to an income tax deduction for the full market value of the securities. With a gift of securities to 21st Century CARES you avoid any capital gains taxes you might be liable for if you sell the stock.
Private Company stock may also be transferred to 21st Century CARES.

Retirement Plans:
You may designate 21st Century CARES as the beneficiary of a company pension or profit-sharing plan or a private fund such as an IRA, Keogh, 401(k) or other qualified pension plan.

Gifts from Insurance Policies:
There are several ways in which you can contribute to the work of 21st Century CARES through an insurance policy and receive tax benefits in return.

You may have purchased a life insurance policy in the past which is now paid in full. By transferring ownership and beneficiary status to 21st Century CARES, you will receive an immediate tax deduction for the value of the policy or the total of the premiums paid.
You may choose to take out a new life insurance policy, naming 1st Century CARES as the beneficiary and owner of the policy. Premiums you pay on the policy may be deducted as charitable donations.

In any case, you will need to contact your insurance company and assign beneficiary status to 21st Century CARES. You may also change your beneficiary designations if the need arises.

Corporate Giving:
Corporations usually have a charitable organization to whom they often make planned donations to. 
Your support of 21st Century CARES with a “planned gift” can help you now, while providing 21st Century CARES with income in the future to carry on its mission for the betterment of animal welfare.

BUDGET FOR RESCUE/EDUCATION FACILITY
For 21ST Century Cares’ educational facility in Arizona

This facility will have a few personal pets, a limited number of dogs who could be rescued as well, along with a horse, deer, cow, goat and pig – all of which have been obtained through a case jeopardizing their safety due to inconsiderate humans. This will hopefully allow children to touch and understand these animals in a way they may never experience again.

Land purchased and furnished by an individual donor and occupied and managed by Randy Warner 21st Century Cares.org. No salary for Warner.

Once up and running, there will be a second 'live – on' caretaker. Free rent in exchange for very small amount of duties, but very strong responsibilities when Warner is gone for presentations in caring for the animals. Also to help when we have groups of visitors to the facility.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER IS,   WHEN SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE  -  NOBODY CAN DO IT BETTER THAN YOU.   DO NOT LET  OLD HABITS SURFACE AND LURE YOUR EFFORTS OFF TRACK.  IF IT'S A TOPIC FOR THE CITY COUNCIL, DON'T MAKE EXCUSES ABOUT WHAT IDIOTS THEY ARE, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND ADDRESS THEM ON THE ISSUES.  THERE ARE UNCARING, CLOSED MINDED IDIOTS EVERYWHERE...

THAT IS WHY WE HAVE THESE PROBLEMS!!!

WE JUST HAVE TO BE THE BIGGER PERSON AND MAKE THIS COMMUNICATION ONE OF THE BEST OF YOUR ENTIRE LIFE.  YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST BELIEVE IN YOURSELF OR THE KIDS WILL SEE THROUGH YOU.  WORK AROUND THEM AND WORK WITH THEM - WE ARE TRYING TO SAVE SOME ANIMALS' LIVES HERE.   JUST DO IT!!
