The time has come for each individual citizen to recognize that they do play a part in the battle to end all the unnecessary suffering of our beloved companion animals, millions of unwanted births as well as deaths,too.

IT IS TIME for those who do the right things,  to begin to speak out and show others how important their involvement is for solutions to the problems that cost Americans nearly $2 billion annually for the past 20 years and still no end in sight.

IT IS TIME for those responsible for these problems to LEARN and to make the required changes needed for us to become more compassionate and civilized society.

This cannot happen if you remain silent.  If not you..... Who?
